Staff

Bridge to Independence Day Program is directed by Theo Guthrie, a professional with degrees in Speech Pathology/Audiology and Psychology and over 30 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. She has experience in Behavior Management, Parent/Family Support Training, Residential Supports Management and with developing and overseeing the delivery of Vocational Services to individuals with disabilities.

Also on staff: a certified Brain Injury Specialist and two Program Assistants. This team plans not only our day-to-day program, but provides individual assessments and service plans.

In addition to our quality staff, we also have students from various universities and educational institutions working with our program. This broadens our program’s strength and increases the quality of the participants’ experience with the application of these students’ recent research and study.
